“Time and health are two precious assets that we don’t recognize and appreciate until they have been depleted.”

1.Eat Healthy foods:
Also, stick to lean meats like turkey and chicken. Seafood, such as, shrimp, and tilapia are also great alternatives. These foods are full of protein and healthy nutrients to help keep muscles fit and ready for workouts. In addition, be sure to portion what you eat. Having a good metabolism comes from portioning meals.
👉Important Points-
2. Go and sleep good:
Lack of sleep affects our physical and mental health tremendously. It also affects metabolism, mood, concentration, memory, motor skills, stress hormones and even the immune system and cardiovascular health.
So always take minimum 8-10hr of sleep if you are an child, 6-8hr of sleep if you are an adult, and 4-6hr if you are above 45.
Sleep allows the body to heal, repair and rejuvenate.
3. Drink a good amount of water:
Drink plenty of water as it helps in keeping our bodies hydrated and to maintain a healthy body. It is the natural cleanser for our organs and digestive system. Water also helps in flushing toxins out through the skin and urine.
My suggestion is to drink minimum 3-4 liter of water a day.
Note: Don't drink a huge amount of water. It'll be not healthy for you.
4. Exercise Daily:
5. Regular Checkup:
One should get annual physical check up to make sure everything is as it should be. It will be much better if you do monthly checkup. There is no harm getting regular check ups as it's good for your own body. Do breast or testicular self-exams and get suspicious moles checked out. Getting exams regularly benefits you because if and when something is abnormal, you will get to know about it timely and can consult with your doctor.
So what are you waiting for, go and start from today, cause there is no tomorrow.
